Terms & Conditions – JLR RECORDINGS

1. Booking & Deposit

All sessions must be booked in advance using our online booking system.

A non-refundable deposit of $85.00 is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
- You can pay your deposit by calling the studio and payment can be made via Zelle or CashApp.

Your session is not confirmed until the deposit is paid.
-
The remaining balance (if applicable) is due on or before the session start time.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session up to [1 hour] before your booking with no penalty.
- Clients can only reschedule 1 time. After the first reschedule, if you need to reschedule again, the client will lose their deposit and will need to pay a new deposit upon rebooking.

Cancellations made less than [1 hour] before the session forfeit the deposit.

No-shows will be charged the full deposit amount and may be refused future bookings.
- For cancellations after session start time, a$15.00 fee will be added to your deposit.
3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. Your session time begins as scheduled, regardless of arrival time.

If you are late, your session will ONLY be extended 15 minutes passed your scheduled time.
4. Studio Rules

No smoking, vaping, or alcohol is permitted on studio premises.

Any damage to studio property caused by the client or their guests will be charged to the client.

Please treat our equipment and space with care and respect.
5. Content & Files

Clients are responsible for bringing and backing up their own material

We reserve the right to retain session files until full payment is received.
6. Liability

JLR Recordings is not responsible for any personal lost or damaged equipment or personal items.

Any damage to studio property caused by the client or their guests will be charged to the client.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these Terms or acting inappropriately.

Maximum capacity (4ppl) – not including the artist.
7. Use of Client Content and Media

We may request permission to use audio, media or behind-the-scenes content for promotional purposes. This will always be discussed with you first.
8. Agreement
By booking a session, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. These may be updated at any time without prior notice.
